Your complete rental process from start to finish

- Enter your pickup and return dates
- Choose from available vehicles
- Add extras if needed (GPS, child seat, insurance)
- Enter your details and pay online
- Receive instant confirmation email with booking number

What happens next:

✅ We'll contact you 24-48h before pickup
Prepare Your Documents
Before pickup, make sure you have:
- Valid driver's license (held for minimum 1 year)
- International Driving Permit (if non-EU citizen)
- Passport or national ID
- Credit card in main driver's name (for deposit)
- Booking confirmation (email or printed)
Important: Without proper documents, we cannot release the vehicle
Document Check:
EU Citizens: License + ID/Passport
Non-EU Citizens: License + IDP + Passport
All Renters: Credit card (main driver's name only)
Pickup Your Vehicle
Option A: Office Pickup
- Visit our office in Mastichari at agreed time
- Present documents for verification
- Complete vehicle inspection together
- Photo any existing damage
- Authorize security deposit on credit card
- Receive keys and vehicle documents
Option B: Free Delivery
- We deliver to your hotel/accommodation
- Same inspection and documentation process
- Available anywhere on Kos Island

During Your Rental

- Return with same fuel level as pickup
- Report any accidents immediately to us
- Don't smoke in vehicles
- Respect passenger/weight limits

Return Your Vehicle

Late Return Fees:
